Every child deserves to learn to swim.

Since 2003, The Gift of Swimming has reached over 4,500 underprivileged children by teaching them self survival swimming.
The Gift of Swimming has provided over 93,000 swim lessons
We still have children on our waiting list.
Drowning is the #1 cause of
accidental death in children ages 0-4.
Drowning...Roughly a million children die from drowning each year.
Diversity...African American children drown at a rate that is 3.2 times higher than that of Caucasian children.
Florida...Leads the nation in drowning of children under 5.
The Gift of Swimming's goal is to combat these horrifying and preventable statistics.
The Mission of The Gift of Swimming is to provide access to drowning prevention resources and education for the community's underprivileged, mentally or physically challenged or otherwise disadvantage.
